Scottsdale 85255 Market Update | October 2017

Here is a look at Scottsdale, 85255 zip code real estate market statistics for October.  New listings are up 21.3% from September with a total of 199 new listings vs. 164 in September.  New contracts were up in October by 13.4% from last month and up 8.0% from October 2016.  However, the median sold price of $545,000 has gone down when compared to October 2016 which was $595,000.
