Arizona Taco Festival This Weekend | October 13th and 14th

The original AZ Taco Festival returns this weekend to Salt River Fields. The event includes $2 tacos from new restaurants and food trucks. There will also be the Margarita Masters Tent and more than 100 brands selling Tequila and other agave-based spirits. Here is the latest scoop on Scottsdale, 85255 zip code real estate market statistics for April.  New listings are down 11.9% from March with a total of 194 new listings vs. 171 in April.  New contracts were also down in April by 9.5% from last month and up 14% from April 2017.  The median sold price of $662,500 has gone up 18.3% when compared to April of last year which was $560,000.
