Here is a look at Scottsdale, 85255 zip code real estate market statistics for September.  New listings are up 11.7% from August with a total of 153 new listings vs. 137 the previous month  New contracts were also down in September by 2.6% from last month and down 5.0% from September 2017.  The median sold price of $600,000 has gone down when compared to September of last year which was $650,000.
