Scottsdale 85255 Market Update | August 2017

Here is a look at Scottsdale, 85255 zip code real estate market statistics for August.  New listings are up 26.8% from July with a total of 156 new listings vs. 123 in July.  Closed sales were up in August by 21.8% from last month and up 7.1% from August 2016.  The median sale price of $550,000 has gone up when compared to August 2016 which was $524,000.
